Inmate Phone System (IPS) — +$499.00/mo. Approved-contact calling with per-minute usage billing. Commissary & Gift Baskets — +$299.00/mo. Ordering, balances & family gift baskets. Video Visitation — +$399.00/mo. Scheduled & on-demand video visits, billed per-minute at the same rate as IPS (2.5¢/min with the system upgrade, else 3.5¢/min). Does not require IPS. $499.00 IPS system upgrade — lowers the IPS usage rate to 2.5¢/min (vs 3.5¢/min without).
